Approximately 37% of these businesses acknowledged that AI technology had replaced workers this year, with an additional 44% anticipating more layoffs in the next year. Despite this, the trend of AI-induced job displacement remains a significant concern in the current employment landscape.

The latter portion of the ResumeBuilder survey sheds light on the evolving efficiency and expanded capabilities of artificial intelligence. One striking example is Google’s recent showcase of its AI chatbot, Gemini.
