Ripple has unveiled major changes regarding its yearly global swell conference and says that Swell Global 2020 Conference is going virtual.

Swell conference is switching into a virtual conference

Swell conference is a yearly global conference of the payments company Ripple. The company has made some changes to it. The conference was going to take place on October 14 – 15, 2020, in London but now Ripple has decided to switch this conference into a virtual conference.

The co-founder of blockchain incubator Bitrue Space Curis Wang says that he got a notice from the company Ripple stating that it is switching the Swell conference into a virtual one. According to Curis Wang, the company has considered it very carefully, and then it has made this decision to take the conference online.

“After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to transition Swell Global into an exclusive online experience. Although this is a unique way to connect, we are excited about the opportunity to engage with you this fall.”

Swell Global 2020 Conference is a major and key event for the company Ripple and it does not want to delay it further because of the coronavirus pandemic. According to Ripple:
